Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to help you feel confident before your appointment.
What should I wear to a massage?
Wear whatever is comfortable. Many clients arrive in everyday clothes. During the massage you’ll be covered with a towel/sheet and only the area being treated is worked on.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking online is recommended, especially for popular time slots. You can also call to check availability.
I’m not sure which massage to choose — what do you recommend?
If you have a specific pain or tightness area, start with Remedial. If you want deeper pressure for knots, choose Deep Tissue. If your goal is to unwind and de-stress, choose Relaxation.
How early should I arrive?
Arriving 5 minutes early is ideal, especially for first-time visits.
Can I request lighter or stronger pressure?
Yes — pressure is always adjustable. Let your therapist know what feels best during the session.
Do you offer health fund rebates?
Health fund rebates may be available for Remedial Massage depending on your provider and cover. Please check with your health fund for eligibility.
